Stacking the Shelves (#24): I Can't Even Edition & Recap

The last StS before Christmas. How's everybody's week been? This week has been on of the best weeks for awhile, I'm turning 21 on Monday, am I officially an adult now? :( And I have received some amazing reads for over the holidays. The two I received in the mail last week are now finished and went onto a new home.

Wow. Congratulations for getting a lot of of print ARCs? Seriously, how do you even get those. I tried e-mailing 4 publishers but never got a feedback from them. Do you have any tips on how to get print ARCs from them?

And I can't wait to read your thoughts on These Broken Stars, Kirsty. It's one of the best Sci-Fi books I've read . I hope you'll love it as much as I do.

Ahh, thank you. I don't even know how I got them, haha, complete surprise. I put in a request for Unhinged months ago and didn't hear anything back so gathered I wasn't getting it, then this week I had an email from the contact letting me know it had been sent, and asking if I'd gotten it yet, ( I hadn't, so guess that one got lost) and she sent another one. The Gretel and The Dark I hadn't heard anything back, and it just showed up. I'm dying to dive into These Broken Stars, but I can't yet, but glad you enjoyed it, keep hearing tons of positive things (and I may have had a sneaky glance at some of it...)

I've tried staying away from These Broken Stars reviews, but looked at the ratings, and looks like it well deserves the hype it's getting, can't wait to read it, have to finish two January ones first though, but I'm just like I WANT TO READ IT. I read Pawn months ago, and loved it, so had to pick up a hardcopy. :) Thanks for stopping by and Happy Holidays, Grace! :)

Ohh! I loved These Broken Stars! And Pawn was good, but not the best (in my opinion). Happy-nearly-birthday! I'm turning 20 in a few weeks...very terrifying. I may read one or two adult books, and then I'm going to stick with being a teen reader. ;) Thanks for visiting my StS!

It seems like everyone does, so I have no doubt whatsoever that it's going to be awesome. Thank you, haha yeah, I feel kind of old. I've read a few adult books, which have always been crime/thrillers, but yup, I'm addicted to YA, so I'm staying there too. :)

I'm in love with it so far, only have around 50 pages left. Dreading finishing it though. :( Haha, but yeah, so many books, so little time. I thought I'd get more read over this week, but nope.
