Waiting on Wednesday (#101)

I did like The Jewel, but let's not talk about that romance, okay? But that twist at the end? Did not see it coming, so please live up to expectations,The White Rose.

I approve of this choice. I also agree about the romance. I am holding out hope on it going in a VERY different direction. I could read the book now, I guess. BUT... I want to wait until just a *little* closer. I am excited and scared and all the things. I also kind of forget what happened in the end, so.. I should probably do a quick skim through!

Yes, that ending...I didn't see it coming either. Maybe I'll read it next month, a little closer to the release date. And just like Shannon (above), I think I want to skim through book one again. Great pick!

So I still haven't read The Jewel yet, but this series is looking pretty good. I might just have to pick up a copy!

Great pick! I definitely want to check out The Jewel because it sounds similar to The Selection which I loved.

I love your pick for this week. I'm really excited for this read as well, I'm a bit sad almost everyone I know hates this series but I personally don't find it that bad. The covers and concepts are gorgeous though. Thank you for sharing :)
