Stacking the Shelves (#47) & Recap. AKA the Boody Mary edition.

So, how was everybody's week? It's been a good week here, had a few awesome things in the mail the past 2 weeks, three ones I was hoping for, one of them I've already read and reviewed (also hence the Bloody Mary Edition) Also, I HAVE AFTERWORLDS!

Trust Games by Simon Packham (Thanks to Hot Key Books.)
The Catcher in the Rye by J.D. Salinger (Bought.)
Afterworlds by Scott Westerfeld (Proof/ARC- Thanks to Simon & Schuster Childrens, it's freaking huge.)
Only Ever Yours by Louise O'Neill (Proof/ARC- Thanks to Quercus children's.)

Monday I reviewed: Say Her Name by James Dawson
Tuesday I reviewed: Vivian Divine is Dead ~~and good riddance~~ by Lauren Sabel
Waiting on Wednesday: Ensnared by A.G. Howard
Thursday Blitz: My Best Friend, Maybe; Except and giveaway.
Friday: I reviewed Murder Most Unladylike by Robin Stevens

Some very good books. I got After Worlds as well at BEA. Catcher in The Rye, I read in Highschool which was many years ago.

Busy week! How awesome that you get so many books in the mail. I have such a hard time getting to the books on my TBR list. I'm doing well if I complete two books a month.

Oooh, go Afterworlds! I'm curious about that one, though a little scared now that I know it's so big! I've only read Uglies, so I feel like I want to try something else by him. x)

Great haul! I'm dying to read Say Her Name, especially after seeing your 5-umbrella rating!! Loved Catcher in the Rye---one of the few required high school reads that I really loved and that has stuck with me all these years!

I've been dying to read Afterworlds ever since I've seen so many people haul it from BEA. Also, Catcher In The Rye is one of my favourite books I've read this year.

You want to hear a sad story? I met Scott Westerfeld once when I was younger, but it was before I had read any of his books and I didn't know who he was at the time (other than that he was an author, of course). A missed opportunity if there ever was one
